Which came first, the chicken or the egg? This is actually a stupid question because an egg cannot lay a chicken, so chickens evolved from dinosaurs that laid eggs.

5:47 By the time the Colosseum was built (72-80 CE) Rome had become the first city with a population of one million. It was finished one year after the famous eruption of Mt Vesuvius that buried Pompeii and Herculaneum.

The Nile is the longest river in the world.

Thank you for your comment! 🌍 You're absolutely right that the Nile is often considered the longest river. However, recent studies suggest the Amazon 🌊 may be slightly longer, depending on how the rivers are measured. We'll be more careful in future videos-thanks for pointing it out! 🙏

4:05 answer incorrect. Hydrogen is the odd one out. The other three are all noble gases. Orbitals are filled/electrons paired, thus unreactive or “noble”. Also, there are no alkali’s. They all sit on the other side of the table.

Observation for Question 7: In this sentence, 'did' is used to emphasize the action in the past. The correct form is 'They did finish the project last week,' not 'They did finished.' When 'did' is used, the main verb must always be in its base form (without 'ed').
