It’s possible to demand better nutritional guardrails for Americans and simultaneously understanding obesity is a complex disease that deserves treatment (with the use of drug and or surgery). There’s a lot of anti glp-1 undertones from someone who isn’t medical Dr.

I have credited active life for helping me become a better version of a coach I could ever be. I did their online evaluation course and have all of their bulletproof programs and have listened to all of their podcasts. Sean is in my emails and I follow both he and Larry online. The new course is still something I have trouble with as my country's financial reality is messy but I am definitely a different and much better course because of them.

I like this but what exactly does this improve? I currently can't imagine a situation where I might perform this movement, can you explain? 1 thing could be when a short person breaks open someone's guard and the opponent tries to jump out of it so the short guy just shoryukens him

Hey, I hope you’re doing well. I’ve taken the time to watch all the videos on your channel, and I must say, your content is excellent. However, I’ve noticed that the SEO for your videos is quite low. This low SEO is likely hindering your video engagement. Improving your video SEO can boost your channel's rankings, leading to more views and subscribers. Feel free to reach out if you’d like assistance resolving these SEO issues.

Another great podcast! I don't understand how these topics don't get more views. Everyone could get better in some area of life and I think that you (in the two I have watched) have touch on a little bit of everything.

Whoa, whoa whoa. Ok... Breath. ha You Sir. were recommended to check out by my Trainer/Physical Therapist. I searched your name and found your page. I scrolled down a bit and thought the title of this podcast was interesting as I do feel lost at times. The first 15 minutes I am blown away by Kait. Never had heard of you or her and you guys are making me think deeply! Like I said only 15 minutes in.. I may end up having to watch this one and if your others are similar, many of your videos a few times each to pick up everything! This is powerful stuff! --- about an hour in now and this may be the best podcast I have listen to in, maybe ever. This conversation is having such an impact on me I am having to pause it constantly because so much is coming up, I'm getting goosebumps and "almost"...I am, tearing up listening to it and thinking about my life. I think Anyone could take something positive away by listening to this. It is amazing. I cannot wait to check out more about both of you! Thank you, Jeff

What are the advantages of box squats over normal squats?
@TheActiveLife2 ай бұрын
You can better control range of motion for one.
@jesseayala47952 ай бұрын
You can load more weight and work on the most explosive part of the squat. You stop your momentum of the squat before you reach the bottom and forced to push from that point up with no momentum.
@RudraNaik2 ай бұрын
@@jesseayala4795 thank you. Are there any benefits lost by not doing a full squat?
@jesseayala47952 ай бұрын
@RudraNaik the box squat is more of a quad focused lift. It reduces the hamstring and glute activation a bit. Box squat is just another tool, I wouldn't use it to replace conventional squats entirely. Unless you have an Imjury preventing the full range of motion. I've used it a lot when working out for football or basketball season. It helps to build speed and explosiveness, which helps in sports.
