Am I wrong for feeling like with a song like this constant fluid motion really doesn't work and just looks like they're throwing random moves out there? Some sort of stop motion moves and footwork following the tune would be way better but then again I don't know shit all about bboying

the proper term is breaking or bboying. And yes its called toprocking. One of the foundations of breaking. Its the standing up, entrance part of the dance.The part that truly shows ones character and personality
