My teacher in high school would make you play this game to see how many days of detention you would get for interrupting the class. You needed to get above 60 seconds to get a decent score (less than 5 days of detention). A very stressful game for those who misbehaved.

I know this is made with Game Boy sounds, but it reminds me of Metroid 2: Return of Samus in particular.

It's good to find and read comments about playing this on school or what not, and how the game/music make people feel about it I used to play at school but somewhat late, in 2016, but alone as no other friend got even close to liking this one (and I'm glad i still managed to do all 6 phases at that time) One cool challenge to do isn't just 120+ hexagonest, but 360 on hexagon

Technically you can hear this all in one play. At 60 you move from Hexagon to Hyper Hexagon, and, at 120 you reach a stage I call Double or Hyper Hyper Hexagon. From there you instantly move to Hyper Hexagoner if you reach 180 and then Double Hyper Hexagoner at 240. Then finally, Hyper Hexagonest at 300 seconds of survival, and Double Hyper Hexagonest at 360 seconds survived, and we know D.H. Hexagonest as The Final Stage, where you get the credits after defeat; yet it can go on indefinitely.

I can beatbox this and make it better. Don’t ask me why my mouth has a lot of weird sounds.
