I'm getting this all the time on PC, whether I've got good ping or bad doesn't seem to be a factor. When I've got 142 it happens, when I've got 22 ping it happens. It's not all the time. When it happens I just try to guess where people are (lol awful) and sometimes if I'm healing and I Kirako step or Mercy G.A. it sends me odd places.

Have to restart the game every 20 minutes because of this

Same issue, I've contacted Blizzard and uploaded my Msinfo and dxdiag to them and linked videos and posts about this issue. Waiting for a reply. This is a massive issue and so annoying.
