SFO is a total different ball game, Its levels above Vanilla. It can take a lot to adapt to some of the subtle changes. Like not collecting Income from uncompleted provinces until you can get it under control unless you plan to harvest rebellions because the penalties are much steeper.

Probably should have picked something to boost clanrats instead of the one that gave hero success chance if you were going after 8 peaks. Also the trophy tech that gave armour to clanrats probably better than Vigour loss. Vigour is important in SFO so its not a terrible choice but clanrats are so bad you really need to stack the buffs.

Undercity the Chorf capital too, loads of cash there.

Could you occasionally use the spacebar to highlight all units during replays? Sometimes helps see the battle layout more clearly when two armies are just blobbing together.

Gonna be hard to ambush people with Ska's constant trumpets and army of fedora wearing Skankers stomping around everywhere.

One Warlock-Engi and a unit globe-guys (or any weapon team) would have made the difference in that last battle. Clanrats aren't that bad, but unsupported... Skaven-units need to support each other! Early game Skaven-army (in my book) is a general, a warlock, 3-4 catapults and fill the rest up with clanrats.

The thing with fanatics is an example of why I struggle to enjoy SFO. They do a lot of really cool things I like, but also seem to take steps backwards in other ways that muddy the experience

i think the real problem with that last fight is that your using your weak horde army against greenskins, who are also a horde army except they also had their monsters as in trolls and giant spider units plus thire elit black orcs and fanatics and well troles, fanatics, and black orcs are literally made to cut chaff units like your entire army to mince meat add on normal orc boyz beeing desent figeters and yeah. you need way more non clan rat unites to best green skins

Thank you boss!! ❤️ The simplicity of his campaign and uphill struggle is what appeals to me, the big flashy skaven I end up throwing in the towel in the first 40 turns as I am just unstoppable.. But good old queek rocking his humble warrior clan keeps me interested for far longer 👍
