Thailand hat tolle Häuser und nicht so teuer wie in Deutschland warum ist in Deutschland ein schönes Haus für einen wo wenig verdient im monat 1700euro wie ich das so unmöglich 😢😢😢 alles zu teuer reparturen oder kleine Sachen wie ein Handwerker in die Wohnung kommen lassen ist unmöglich es könnte doch alles billiger sein und die deutsche Regierung verlangt die Hälfte ungefähr Steuern die müssten viel viel weniger besteuern. Thailand ist toll wer die Hitze mag .Ich mag die Hitze gar nicht.danke für das schöne viedo

Just how much was this House 🏠?

I subscribed to these leeches 6 months ago. 6 months later they've charged me another $130 for using "their service" I had no idea this was going to happen. I call them and they tell me they don't do refunds. I say that's BS . He offers me a cheaper subscription!?! I said I wanted a REFUND. He refused again saying they can't. I tell him again that's absolute BS you can't do this to people. And he puts me on hold said they're going to make an exception. I'm still waiting for my $130, I'll let you know if I get it...

It won't even let me sign into my account to cancel or anything else. I've done absolutely everything they instruct me to do and I always end up in the same place on their site which is useless. I'll probably just end up cancelling my credit card. In order to prevent any further charges they try to make from going through.

I didn't have a problem with the music. No price. My guess is 11.5 Million.

The villa is nice, but the filming is making me seasick and the music is repetitive, which makes the video annoying to watch till the end. It's a shame.

How come Thai houses have big front gardens and small rear gardens, surely the other way is more private while having the pool in the rear also! I dont get it.

Doesnn t happen to me. GO under account settings. Not even the same screen. I hit cancel membership take me to a page that says pause membership cancel membership keep tree or keep membership, Then it takes you to apage and asks why you are canceling. You click on whatever reason, And hit conitue canceleing.

The house is nice.. But it just hurts my eyes seeing that water tower in the middle of the solar cells. I don't know if that House has a special setup with micro inverters, but usually solar panels are connected to one central inverter in strings... and a string can only produce as much per panel as the worst performing panel in that string. Having the Water tower dropping its shadow on at least one solar panel all day long means you reduce the output of an entire string to almost zero. Usually Inverters don't work with more than 4 strings, so your system probably is producing 25% less than it could thank's to the tower being placed right in the middle of the solar panels. But anyway.. what do you do with 55kwh solar power? I got a 20 kWh system and my neighbours already complain about me providing them with too much free electricity! And My house is of comparable size. The PEA in Hua Hin doesn't buy power from residential solar systems larger than 10kwh... so what do you do with all the excess?

It's a shame Thailand doesn't allow foreigners to own land there... 😕 Canada needs to start implementing the same policy.
