that is marketing, it is in "that" class they do not advertise it. IF someone thinks they have the $ and such then call. a foreigner can not own land in thaialnd unless they are married to a thai and she (he/whatever) is on the title. i lived in thailand for years. IF one had the $ they would work a deal for something like this with a special immigration visa. my "guess here" and it only that. 1.75 to 2.00million$. this is great but property in Thailand is cheap in chang mail.

I subscribed to these leeches 6 months ago. 6 months later they've charged me another $130 for using "their service" I had no idea this was going to happen. I call them and they tell me they don't do refunds. I say that's BS . He offers me a cheaper subscription!?! I said I wanted a REFUND. He refused again saying they can't. I tell him again that's absolute BS you can't do this to people. And he puts me on hold said they're going to make an exception. I'm still waiting for my $130, I'll let you know if I get it...

It won't even let me sign into my account to cancel or anything else. I've done absolutely everything they instruct me to do and I always end up in the same place on their site which is useless. I'll probably just end up cancelling my credit card. In order to prevent any further charges they try to make from going through.

Foreigners can own a house or structure in their names, it's only the land that cannot be owned in a foreign name. The solution for this is either a registered land lease (30 years + 2 x 30 years extension) or a Thai company. We are happy to discuss in more detail if you are considering a move to Thailand. Hello R-Tap, thanks for your comment, it's a good observation. In Thailand it is common to have a high perimeter wall (about 2 meters) surrounding the entire property. This ensures total privacy, so you can have your swimming pool at the front, side or back and still not be overlooked by neighbors or anyone from the road. Doesnn t happen to me. GO under account settings. Not even the same screen. I hit cancel membership take me to a page that says pause membership cancel membership keep tree or keep membership, Then it takes you to apage and asks why you are canceling. You click on whatever reason, And hit conitue canceleing.

The house is nice.. But it just hurts my eyes seeing that water tower in the middle of the solar cells. I don't know if that House has a special setup with micro inverters, but usually solar panels are connected to one central inverter in strings... and a string can only produce as much per panel as the worst performing panel in that string. Having the Water tower dropping its shadow on at least one solar panel all day long means you reduce the output of an entire string to almost zero. Usually Inverters don't work with more than 4 strings, so your system probably is producing 25% less than it could thank's to the tower being placed right in the middle of the solar panels. But anyway.. what do you do with 55kwh solar power? I got a 20 kWh system and my neighbours already complain about me providing them with too much free electricity! And My house is of comparable size. The PEA in Hua Hin doesn't buy power from residential solar systems larger than 10kwh... so what do you do with all the excess?

i lived in thailand. i agree with you comment but the thai's know what they are doing. IF they allowed that with the beauty/serenity of the nation a majority of homes would be owned by foreigners. this could of changed but you have to have a top end visa of like 1millionUSD in thai banks OR be married to a thai. either way the thai's are getting their cut. with so many tourist and condo's bought by foreigners the thai's can do this. the money bottom line is kept well.
