@RonOrGina I just go for it . I try to go for bone destruction, and I take the Wing Chun approach, not saying I know Wing Chun, but their mindset just get in there and hope for the best . Lol . And just keep pressure most people can't deal with it . And punish them when they want to exit the fighting range . If you can force them in reverse, they really can't hurt ya or move faster than someone coming in on them . I gave up on so-called art's. Every day, there should be a self defense teaching . I was not trying to compete. I don't care about points for passing someone guard . Heck, I wasn't even going for belts . These things aren't important to me . At this point, Im just conditioning my hands for impacts . Breaking 1 inch patio blocks on a regular basis now . Next year, I'm gonna try a coconut 🥥 . What can possibly go wrong ! Lol, a broken hand, I guess . 😅
@RonOrGina3 күн бұрын
@brianrahuba6919 well, without the knowledge of grappling, you cannot prevent grappling and wing Chun doesn't have anything to prevent it. Without this knowledge of knife defense from a knife oriented style, you cannot defend a knife. See my point?
