By the look of the Kitchen and Bathroom, this is a Lowes/Home Depot Special home. Those Countertops, Cabinets and Fixtures are seen a lot in Remodeled and Flipped homes. Looks stunning, but it tells me that it's a cheaply made home.

Hmmm…. The house is nice…. The lot completely sucks tho… the house should have been turned where the driveway and front door was facing the side street. Sorta looks like the side street is missing pavement…. Anyways the location is just bad…

who is the builder? what are the dimensions of the rooms, not liking the larger the bedroom the smaller the closet philosophy. Also only one linen closet in the house with two bathrooms? The kitchen is too small not enough cabinets.

This property is located in Beverly Hills, Florida, which she states at around 13:00 in this video. This real estate agent is in the Orlando, Florida area. What is the address of this property? Maria states the listing price at around 13:36 which is $495,000.oo; Right afterwards she says there is an HOA fee of $800 a month. Why is there an HOA? What does the HOA pay for/cover?? HOA and fee is a big turn-off to me. I might build an ADU where the trees are located. I would want to keep as many trees as possible, as they provide shade and a place to roam for pets and people and keeps that nature vibe. Get rid of the HOA fee.
