Hi Funnee, Resolume is not for music videos. You should try After Effects or TouchDesigner. Best regards.

This works, you just have to turn of PreRun. Your particles need to be spawning from the start.

I cannot seem to get PBR renders to work, I keep getting a black silhouette regardless of lighting/environment lighting or the ambient occlusion settings. I have tried multiple environments and multiple PBR materials. Any tips?

Hi there. When the 'Render' Node renders a black silhouette, it may be because you still need to add an Environment Map to the 'Environment Light' Node. Make sure you define an Environment Map inside that node; you will also need to connect a 'Movie File In' TOP node to that 'Environment Map' slot. Also, make sure that you drag the PBR MAT node to the material slot in the 'Geometry' node. Let me know if it works.

@@Vjgalaxy Thanks for the reply, I have been trying a few different environment maps but none seem to do anything. Is there anything that can stop them from working? The PBR definitely is attached to the geometry node material section too.

@@uselessnesses , I made this tutorial with a previous version of TouchDesigner (2020). I think you may be using the latest version of TouchDesigner (2021), in that case, besides setting up an 'Environment Light', you will also need to add a normal 'Light'. Don't you want that light to alter your scene? Simply, set the dimmer to 0. Let me know if it works now.

@@Vjgalaxy ah that is interesting. I am using the new touchdesigner. But I have had a normal light on there too. And it still isn’t working. Oddly, I have just found out when I delete the environment light, the pbr material actually shows up on the render BUT the pbr RGB settings don’t work.

Hi there! It really depends on your budget, but a GeForce RTX or a Radeon RX are good choices for real-time visuals.
