Always thought Talkin Heads was the next big step up from Frank Zappa. Original art band that is only matched by Ivo Popasov wedding band. Nothing else comes close.

I stopped using the pizza picks years ago for the same reason. Because they break. I switched to nylon picks for that reason. But, I can't deny David's success.😊

Wow. Just came across this after watching Stop Making Sense on a big screen in my local park. Despite being a mad TH fan I've never even heard the third song before. Amazed to realise that many of the earliest songs didn't make it onto the first album

If Weird Al Yankovic can release his never-heard songs that weren't on his official albums, why not this song as an obscure song album by the lead singer of Talking Heads? I'm similar to him, except I want fortune more than FAME because I blame someone, but I won't get political. Please, Mr. Byrne, if you see this video and comment section as a fan of the great band who hasn't seen the Stop Making Sense concert film in 4K, please re-record the song for my ears and the ears of everyone around the world!

Love the production quality here. The sound is compressed, the lighting, camera work and editing. I missed this tour, but attended the Eyeball tour, three times. Mauro's magnificent percussion... yeah!

I'd like to find the original sounds and make a completely different album with them. I wonder if Eno's label would then sue me :) Could he?

I think you should just do a loop of the synthesizer and nothing else. That synthesizer loop is so nostalgic it pretty much sounds like the synthesizer loop from a cartoon back in the 80' s called Dragons blood from a TV show called CBS Story break!! Please check it out. I would love to hear if you could recreate that intro song from that cartoon. If you do please let me know!!! 🙏🏼

Holy Cow. Just found this. I'm an oldster who loved the band when growing up and through the rest of my life. Thought I had caught all the older clip stuff. Apparently not! Thanks for uploading. Very much enjoyed.

I am still alive. Have my arms and legs and eyes and ears and can look after myself still. My dog and bird are still alive and we live near a beautiful blue beach we visit when I am able. And I thank the Lord for getting me through each day of my life. 🕊

Been an intermediate talking heads fan all my life, true stories, stop making sense, little creatures all regularly played, but recently I've been diving back into the older stuff from fear of music, remain In light. Wow! There are some epic tunes on them, mind is 1 of my new favourites, memories can't wait, jeez how did i overlook those when I was younger🤯 (what's the matter with you)🙄🎶
