I just was wanting to know but you a lot real estate agent are getting out the markets I know owners and some agents still the market can be a opportunity for me because nobody like to be a real estate professional assistant. Everyone wants to be a real estate seller and buyer agent also . I know there property management open for me but I know real estate owners and brokers sure use assistant to get all there paperwork out of the way faster also.

I don’t want to sell house I got real estate professional assistant license already. I am going my real estate license but I don’t sell house at I want to be property manager. But for me to stay on the safe side if there no open for property manager the next is being a real estate assistant that’s why I got my license.

I got my real estate professional assistant license already. I just didn't know if I could use it in a rural of 20k people in Mount Pleasant Texas. if you are looking for land in my town Clarksville Texas cheap land if you want to buy it also my dad has 40 acres to sell right if you want to buy it but if you land my town is very cheap to buy right now.

If you have a Texas real estate license and it's active with a brokerage, you can sell real estate throughout Texas. Keep in mind some brokers may have limitations in terms of the scope of what and where you can sell.

Hello. Im 52. I never made it trying to become a teacher in Texas. Im considering trying to become a real estate agent here in the state. I understand the process. I want to know if the math questions on the test are ridiculous. I can do basic math and fractions but struggled with advanced mathematics in college. Please tell me more about this. Im considering taking a course from Aceable. Can they prepare me to pass the tests? I did extremely well in my teacher certification courses but struggle on the state exams. Are the real estate exams more reasonable than the feared educator exams? Im looking for more success. Please tell me more.

@@brandonallen9853 the math on the test is fairly minimal and straightforward. I would say it’s only 5% or so of the entire exam. If you’ve even taken college math classes, you’ll be more than fine. It’s really fairly basic multiplication or fractions. Aceable does a good job going through it and preparing people.

Hey man, the housing market going to crash again soon maybe in 2024 or 2025. It going to crash worse than in 2008 it going to because this is a Credit bubble, Debt bubble, and Liquidity bubble. Joe Biden put the United States in the Great Depression . We're at war with Russia Biden is going hat in hand to Venezuela and Iran to try and get oil , but he cuts off the United States off oil by shutting the Keystone pipeline.

Hey man have you ever thought about being a real estate trainee appraiser or real estate license residential appraiser. To become a real estate trainee appraiser you need 75 hours to become certified and to become a license residential appraiser you need 150 hours. I know this because I have friends who are real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate property managers, and real estate home inspectors.

I took the exam 12-28-23 and studied like 4-6 hours each day. Took notes, read books, watched videos, and practiced question. This video was good but very few question come up that were over those topics. It is a very difficult exam that has lots of weird questions and math problems. It took me almost four hours. good luck everone.
