I hate the idea that for 5 years, no one commented on this video until the left saw Elon and that 'salute' and reacted, while the right, as a counterreaction, showed pictures of Kamala and Obama doing that 'salute'. My honest opinion? From how awkward I can be in my life, I can genuine see how Elon wanted to show his love to the audience by gestering him giving his heart but did a gaff and tried to correct it (by 'saluting' again to make it seem normal and then just literally saying he's giving his heart to them). Even so, for the position he is in and tensions so divided, that is still a terrible mistake he should not have done. And tho I don't see him as intentionally saluting, can't fault people for seeing it as the 'salute'. Haven't see the others yet but Kamala's 'salute' is much less a 'salute', more like a 'no'. But ultimately, all of this doesn't matter. The people on the left with see it how they want to see it, the people on the right see it how they want to see, misinformation spreads like wildfire, the poltical divide gets worse, inconvenient truths get ignored over convenient truths, families and neighbors split over politics, you fall deeper into anger and dispair and cycle continues. And this comes from someone who genuinely sees Trump as a threat to democracy. I have my own bias but I at least have the wherewithal to see the no one is innocent in this cycle. Its all so pointless, trying to fight online. Just venting to the void. Even as I type this, doubt anyone will see it and doubt it will make any sort of tangible impact on someone. If someone does see this, do not go insane over meaningless bull. Enjoy your life as best you can.

I'm surprise you didn't show close up of the The Sands Beach or that walkway. You show the walkway from far and the tower walkway at the end. But it was a surprise when I become onto it my first time. I lived in Port Royal for about 6 months above the old General Merchants store. You didn't show the post office, school or the many eateries we have there. There even a fishing tackle store. I believe there was a train box car you can rent to sleep in. I even enjoy looking at all those shrimp boats at the dock and the nice sea food restaurant there. It's a very nice place, plus I enjoy the town Beaufort as you exit Port Royal and that walkway in Beaufort along the port waterway is a great place to see as well. One of my favorite places to live and to revisit some day. Might even set roots there again, but longer.

I remember one time I noticed a vulture eating something in my back-yard while taking a shower. I casually commented on it to my grandmother afterwards, and she freaked out, and went to go shoo it away. Apparently she has some kind of superstitious prejudice against vultures that I went 39 years on this Earth without knowing about. I don’t see how y’all got award for anything because I have been to several post acute long-term care facilities in the state of South Carolina and it is a shame at what goes on. I am astonished by it CNA‘s walk around with EarPods in their ear talking on the phone as they’re dealing with residence residents have no clue who they’re talking to them or if they’re on the phone CNA tell the nurse what to do because they’re scared the CNA is going to beat them up or slice their tires in the parking lot. This is at nearly every postacute place I have been to in Greenville, South Carolina, Pickens, South Carolina, Easley, South Carolina, Anderson, South Carolina and residence. Do not get the quality of care that they deserve.

Awesome video Colonel! As a crew chief on a Huey that had to perform your type of mission in Cambodia when all of our Loaches got shot down, I know the feeling. It was one of those very missions that our crew actually got shot down as well! We were lucky though, a Chinook came and picked us - and the Huey - up about 2 hrs later and returned us to Vinh Long. BTW, there's a shot at 1:30 of he movie that shows a fellow with a mustache and a black officer in the seat. They both look VERY familiar. Do you happen to remember their names? I wonder if they also flew with our unit, the 114th AHC... although they flew UH-1's with us... Welcome home sir, and thank you for your service!
