I didn’t consider her for avatar simply off the fact that in the original timeline she is a non bender, she also follows her cultures customs and she would never have agreed to fight since she is a women and northern water tribe women don’t fight and aren’t allowed to be trained

There are a hell of a lot of things wrong with this video, Even thoug I agree with the main point. Vegeta beat goku in their first fight fair and square, goku's friends jumped him, that's why he lost. He only considers it a loss because he failed his mission to kill goku and gain immortality. Vegeta only started training his ass of in the gravity chamber after trunka arrived and showed super saiyan, not before. Vegeta achieves much more than goku on his own, he's much more capable and self sufficient fighter. Goku never made a technique on his own, while vegeta has made like 10 which are more powerful than goku's learned techniques. Vegeta surpassed goku in the android saga, on his own as piccolo states. While goku had sparring partners, mainly piccolo. Goku had the god power handed over to him, while Vegeta trained for it under Whis. You got this one wrong too. And vegeta achieved ss2 without the majin boost as vegeta states when he sees goku's power against yakan.

Im always open for debate bro. In there first fight Golu challenges Vegeta and embarrasses him (making him bleed and actually try) vegeta states multiple time how Goku is a lower class saiyan and there’s no way he should be as powerful as he is. Secondly vegeta does later get SSJ2 strength but that is AFTER he achieves it by going majin. He literally says himself that he let himself be controlled so that he could reawaken the evil in his heart and be powerful enough to fight Goku. Thirdly, I completely disagree that he achieved more than Goku as Goku trained by himself in the gravity ship on the way to namel and became light years stronger than Vegeta. Also he awakens SSJ naturally putting him light years ahead of vegeta at the time. He also learns how to fully master ssj 1 and made it his main state against cell where vegeta was not. Also Goku trains to get ssj 3 on his own. Vegeta spent time in the other world as well before fighting kid buu but fails as well.

@@J2ATVMAIN Yes, vegeta's pride was shattered in the saiyan saga. It's not because vegeta lost to goku, but because vegeta didn't fulfill his mission, and lost to a group of low level earthlings. He doesn't care that they jumped him, he believes he should have won regardless. In a 1v1 fight, vegeta crushed goku and left him defenseless, then krillin, gohan and yajurobe jumped him, that's why he lost. you should look up videos where it explains clearly that vegeta had ss2 before the majin boost. When he sees goku's true power against yakan, he states, "so kakarot has surpassed super saiyan too" implying he has also has ss2. And vegeta literally states he's stronger than gohan and scolds him multiple times, there's no way he could surpass gohan just with his ss1 form. And goku needed help from others always to get where he is today. He trained under master roshi, god of earth kami, popo, and also king kai who is another god. Vegeta caught up to goku on his own. It's undeniable vegeta is a more self sufficient and capable fighter than goku. If you disagree, name some techniques goku made on his own. That's right, you can't. Vegeta has made like 10 of them. Goku training for namek doesn't disprove anything. I'm not saying goku doesn't work hard, I'm saying he needed the teaching of godly beings to get where he is in Z, while vegeta did everything on his own and surpassed him in the android saga. And at least you agree, that vegeta earned the god power through training with whis, while goku got it handed to him

It's been already evident that toriyama hates vegeta. There are many times, where narratively it makes sense for vegeta to defeat the villain, only for goku to perform much better and get the win/kill

This is true that he does say he obtained it through training with Whis at least as far as the manga goes, but the anime never explains how or when Vegeta was able to enter the mode. I think the Broly movie is actually the first time we see him in God mode. So as far as the anime goes it’s honestly up for debate how/when he got it. I just filled in the blanks for myself and assumed he got it some type of speedy unconventional way like he does with most other forms of

Vegeta always contributed in getting dubs like for example the first fight with goku helped him to become stronger and both of them learn more about themselves,the fight with frieza when he told goku to go super saiyan and avenge the saiyans , helped gohan defeat cell when no one else could, and gave goku enough time prepare for a spirit bomb to finish buu.

I think we’re arguing 2 different points tho. I’m never in doubt that Vegeta is a G and def contributed to some major wins for the group. He also had super dope moments himself. I’m just saying overall the show made him hold so many unnecessary L’s just because he has questionable character/morals

Besides all the ls he be taking teaches him humility which makes him more relatable and more of human trait because vegeta is an alien and he always finds a way to become a better man and get stronger while learning from each new experience.

It's very clear that characters who are considered "negative" even when working for the greater good are always held in contempt in DB/Z/ect. There is this fascination with the "pure heart" and "never was evil" that just is not realistic, and when "pure heart" people do bad things it's just handwaved out of favoritism. Oh, it was just the situation, not the person. Meanwhile, characters who are deemed "impure" (often arbitrarily) are cast aside, not seen as victims of circumstance.

Ty lee would be air. She is so fast n agile like an Air bender. Water benders are on the slower side like earth benders. Suki would be an earth bender exactly how you explained, mai would be either a combustion bender or a water bender(like eska) both are serious but when it comes to the point they are fully on it. Sokka is unpredictable for me but seeing how he mastered his sword mens skills he would most likely be a calm fire bender or a water bender

Sokka is 100% a fire bender. He is super smart in combat, learned multiple fighting styles.. Suki yes we all agree earth bender but also because she learned kyoshi style moves. Ty Lee is airbending, she doesn't fight she blocks. It's a defensive move like airbending. And they believe in protection of the greater good which is why she turned on azula. And mei we all agree is a fire bender but she could be a more specialised one such as combustion.

I have a theory that the fire nation not wipe out all of the airbenders but also wipe out the culture, which lead a increase spike in nonbenders, because like how air is the element that is prevalent in every environment, air benders are born among other nations which similar to how the jedi function.

In the very beginning of Dragonball, Yamcha was Goku's first sideman, he was skilled, knowledgeable and helpful. He and Goku respected eachother and fought together against Pilaf's goons. But then Krillin came along and the tournaments where Yamcha lost in the first round of the final each time. Yamcha became a sacrifice to show how strong the antagonists were. It's not that Yamcha is weak, he's just out of his league against these other great fighters. The Saiyan saga was just the last nail in his character, he was officially obsolete and became the meme of the series. After that he barely exists in the story, accomplishing nothing and forgotten, he was only at the cell games to watch and got rushed again. Even Tien and Krillin at least manage to do something, not much but something in the last arcs of Z while Yamcha is completely sidelined.

They wanted to portray "man attracted to whaman cause whaman stronk and hot and men only think with dicc hurr durr" rather than "Boy is a misogynist, is humbled by the Kiyoshi Warriors, decides to join them, learns to respect the strength of character of Suki and lets go of his prejudice, and is later rewarded by Suki who decides to show him his feminine side, and they naturally develop a relationship later in the series". And Suki is exactly the same, she ends up appreciating Sokka when he shows humility and kindness, not because "huh shirtless guy hot, me want, coochie tingles!". The writing in this show is so absolutely infantilized and neutered it's INFURIATING. The original show is a masterpiece that can be appreciated by everyone, has a deep and mature narrative that even many adults can learn from, while this... this is a disgrace. They completely missed the point, and it's a shame cause the actors are clearly talented and passionate and excited to do their best. Unfortunately the scriptwriters were handled something they absolutely don't understand, and ended up making it basic and soulless. And then they wonder why AI is going to replace them. What an absolute disgrace... I ain't watching another minute of this travesty.

Yamcha doesn't deserve the unnecessary hate he gets from 90% of the fandom (Mostly the Majority of fans that started with Dbz) When they first witnessed the incident In the Sayain saga they immediately hopped on the "Yamcha Slander" bandwagon, In the first time viewer's or reader's perspective they see Yamcha as a weak pathetic joke of a character because they had not bothered taken the time to read and/or watched Og Db to understand his character and see his badassery moments in full light before getting into the series. If any other character had been caught off guard by a Saibaman during the Sayian saga like Krillin, Tien, Piccolo, or even Chiaotzu, people would have brushed it aside as a genuine mistake and moved on.

That’s fair. I think people that started with DB definitely have a different perspective. When you look at Yamchas character as a whole and only look at it from the end of DBZ backwards to the beginning I totally see peoples perspectives and why he gets so much hate
