in task scheduler, click on the scheduled thing you named, then right click, properties, trigger, edit and change to 'on workstation unlock' This will make the file run every time you log in.

This video perfectly describes how in Payday 3 the friendly AI is absolutely garbage they got that stuff straight out of Left 4 Dead In fact I'd even say Left 4 Dead AI is more useful because at least they heal you even if they do so at inconvenient times

Payday 3 Cloakers are just fundamentally much better than the Payday 2 variants but something that ticks me off every single heist is when the bots I play with take a whole century to start shooting the cloaker beating me up. HE'S RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!
