I have been here listening to this since I was a teenager. Now 28. I still have not grasped self discipline and control over my life. If your watching this you must succeed earlier. Do not wait. Time. It gets faster and everything he says is true. You must win brother.

I was in a pit of hell mentally 10 years ago and gregg you got me through it. I once again broke down mentallly and gained weight and now im back at the bottom of the hill staring at the top. I will get back to the top again. I failed a thousand times but im guna keep moving foward.
