Hi Nayana, I'm not able to send emails to my clients, do have no idea why they are not receiving emails, I verified some steps, like Email Deliverability, DKIM Key, and Organization-Wide Address this all steps are accurately. What could be the reasons....? Plz suggest me on this how can I fix it.

Hi, I'm trying to create a macro simply to send an email template, but its not working as a bulk action. exactly what criteria determines this being a macro that can be used "in bulk" just isn't demostrated clearly to me here - or anywhere i can find. Hello , Im running into a issue can you guide me on this. my requirement is similar that some articles (which comes under a particular data category) needs to shown in one of the portal site and not into other site for the community users. the steps i followed was Go to Profile of the community user and under the Data category - turn off the Data categories which i don't want to show up in one of the portal. but the issue is that as the community user will be created a role will be assigned to him and that role is getting the properties inherited from the parent role and that parent role has access to artciles of all types if i don't want to a particular data category type to be visible in one of the portal site then i need to go to each role against a user and turn off the Data category visibility. is there a way we can automate the control or turn off the visibility of data categories when the user gets created and when role will be applied to the user so that it should inherit the data category visibility property

on a same recipient, I could get mail event with code R, D and P. P with error 521... which doesn't make sense because on other instances the email goes through with R and D. The recipient email is definitely valid. Please shed some light on this confusion.

Hi am trying to schedule an appointment but unfortunately am facing an error,the error is --Looks like that service territory doesn't have anyone available for those work type groups. Try choosing another service territory. this error i got after selecting the service territory.
