Very attractive outside. Must have a user friendly coat/boot storage space by inside front door. Lose some of that open storage for something more practical . Kitchen nice but window by sink a must. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer not a combo unit😬. Bdrms seem spacious , would use decor more suitable for senior citizens. Also would enjoy tub/shower combo. Very nice ideas overall. TY ☺️

I like most of the designs but I think the cupboard is placed wrong. I think it would have been better to build a custom wardrobe with shelves on the bed (for this the computer desk may have to be removed or replaced with a smaller one). The area freed from the cupboard can be used to add a dining table or refrigerator or a cabinet.

Love the design but I would have made a breakfast/lunch / dinner nook where the table is instead of chairs an L shaped bench with storage as it is a small space and storage is important . Since it's right by the kitchen it's great because everyone congregate's in the kitchen so an L shaped bench would have been better that way you can also seat more people.

i know it is a small surface to work with, but i never liked the bath next to the kitchen, for odor's sake. And if it is an A frame I assume it is for a snowy place, therefore, a space before entering the house to leave your shoes and guard from the cold, dust and dirt would be a must. Acts as a barrer so if you open the main door people can't see your entire house and what's doing people inside it. The deck is nice, but one side doesn't have any windows, so i would had made the house wider so i can have more space to work with, like having a bigger bathroom (with bidet. a tub and a washer-drier all in one) and a bigger bedroom with a space for a study or more storage. 2 chairs covering an entrance? this is a really small house. you can't live with more than 2 people, so don't need the extra bedroom. Try to do the tour without spinning so much. i was sick midway through.
