I'm related to him somehow. My grandma told me about him when I was a kid. She had all the newspaper articles and everything when he forgave him and from when he was kidnapped. My grandma's name was Vonnie Ritchey. I believe her neice is his wife.

I believed in positive psychology and our thoughts can change our reality. However, I also believe in karma and all those things that had happened to us in the family / childhood that wasn't a results of our 'thoughts' only. Don't blame yourself for negative thoughts, give compassion to yourself and know that you can change your thought starting today.

Ive suffered life long depression. Ive tried everything. Nutrition has helped me the most. Especially: B complex 50mg or 100mg. Also magnesium throrozine. A multi vitamin. Also... try gaba, try 5 HTP. Try micro dosing, or macro doses.

I’m interested to know why depression is becoming so common now compared to 50 years ago. My friend suggests that young people are constantly on I pads and social media but what about older people..is it the fast pace of life or even the food we eat..my grandparents grew up in the early 20th Century and it seems that mental health problems existed but depression was rare..was it due to exertion and physical exercise. Still not sure why there’s a huge increase in depression..is it because celebrity worship has replaced religion ??

If you have depression in your adult life, chances are you had a really great childhood. The contrast between what you thought life was like, and what life is actually like, is what causes the depression. Reframe your reality, and depression mitigates.
