Please don’t ever feel bad or guilty about being in hermit mode. We are *supposed* to rest during winter. We were never meant to be productive and go go go all the time. Rest, recharge and take the time to just be 💜

I want to try this recipe now 😁 Tip for the ganache: use heavy cream, heat it up on the stove or microwave and pour over the chocolate & stir until it’s completely melted. It’s really good and not as sweet vs using only white chocolate

@@berod88 that’s what i normally do but for some reason this brand of white chocolate always separates and gets weirdly oily? i have no idea why lol but yes this is a good tip!!

@ I think it’s because morsels don’t have cocoa butter and white chocolate does so they use some other type of fat and it changes the consistency. I learned this while experimenting with cake pops and failing many times lol

i’m genuinely curious how you film your videos? i attempted a bird eyes view video w my tripod but the quality was bad because my phone was too high up and of course my head/ hair kept getting in the shot 😢 super relaxing and cozy video as always ❤

@@ASMRmelatonina my tripod set up is super diy/homemade haha. but i only have my phone up as high as my chin so my head doesn’t peek through. and bc i’m working with food my hair is usually tied up. maybe i’ll make a video on my setup one day! ♥️

@madiskitchen noo i mean rolling every dice at once instead of one at a time, like you do in this video. you define every choice at once, then you check what the results mean, and then you make the cookie. does that make sense? lol
