Two and a half million for THAT? lmao In Florida you could have a house in Key West on the turquoise blue water for that! Or literally an 8 bedroom, modern home with a huge pool! That house is so BASIC!!! I wouldn't pay more than $400,000 for it and ONLY because it's in Santa Barbara and not a trashy area. That's literally laughable. Good luck! No wonder everybody is fleeing Cali.
