In my opinion the spring kit is an essential mod for the Bobber. I tried the Fox Shock , extra cushioning and gel. None of them get close to the comfort of the springer kit.

I’m going to have to agree with you on this one! Best low key mod I’ve done. Changes the entire experience by far.

On the Bobber, I remove the front sprocket cover and apply the chain lube to the chain as it rotates around the sprocket. In that way none of the spray can get onto the brakes or tyre.

Makes good sense. Very thorough. And it requires a couple more steps. Thanks for sharing. 😊👍🏽

You may be practiced at using a power hose/jet wash but I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does. A regular hose with a spray gun attachment does the job while being safer. You did give me a good tip! The leaf blower! I have one and I hadn’t thought of using it to dry the bike.
@ufo8mycatagainКүн бұрын
@@DD-lc5ts I appreciate your feedback. Thank you. You are 100% right. A normal house is much safer. 👍🏽 You must practise some caution with the high pressure hose - for sure. I’m glad you found the leaf blower idea useful. Happy drying! 😁 it works like a dream.

I also fitted the C o C springer seat. It transforms the bike for riding over rough roads. I can ride all day now, in contrast to before fitting the spring I would be tired and agitated after an hour.

They do have a lot of character and definitely one of those bikes that make people stop and chat. My favourtie part. I’m keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏽 so that you will get the bike that you want soon 💪🏽 have a great weekend. 😊

The title of your video amused me. One evening my boyfriend and I came across a similar bush fire and we both ended taking our pants (Levi's jeans) off and using them to beat the fire out. They ended up filthy and scorched, but fortunately they did not catch on fire. It did however give a whole new meaning to the term 'hot date'.
