Professor Boyatzis has truly brought up a game changer theory in the science of management . I think his learnings should be taken to the MBA classes and learned by all future leaders. I personally have red all of his books and listened all of his podcasts, and went along in practicing his theories. In the end, I personally witnessed that all are really working. His theories are backed by some solid and ampiric scientific evidence. The more they are disseminated through the society, the more we shall get to see a better world. I am looking forward to getting my hands on his new book.
