I knew a little bit about language similarities, but not the details he mentioned in the video. I knew that Hindu scriptures have accurately calculated the age of the earth as 4.32 billion years old. This is very close to the estimate of 4.5 billion years. Also Hindus knew about time dilation theory - that time travels at a different speed on earth and as compared to other worlds. So many mythological stories include this time dilation theory. Mahabharata has a story about King Kakudmi. He took his daughter to Brahma’s world & they spent about 10 minutes or so there. But according to ancient Hindu scriptures, the universe is around 155 trillion human years old. The calculations and reasoning given are pretty complex - i am beginning to think that the ancients are correct & the modern science hasn’t caught up. Buddha & other yogis also talked about a reverberating or a vibrating universe. They talked about atoms and sub-atoms. ( anu and paramanu) According to Buddha, during the fraction of a second that it took for him to close and open his eyes, he saw all the atoms in his body appear and disappear a million times. This is why the yogis mediated for a very long time. After deep meditation for years and years, everything there is to know about the universe will automatically get downloaded to you.
