Hi John, hope you are safe. I work for Newzulu news agency, we are covering the wildfires and I found your footage. I wanted to reach out to ask if you had any more videos from the fires or evacuations? If so, would you be interested in having them published on our website? I would be happy to give you more information on how we work if you are interested. Thanks

I have heard it live when they had a gig in Skopje, Macedonia. Some of the people may not like, but it was the first time for me hearing this song and now it is in the top three in my head :D

Since no one can live there without working there because its a park, where is the closest place we can live that has the same natural beauty?

Preferred Guest is now "Clan Bruce" and there is new music in the works. If you like this one, you'll love the new stuff. In the mean time check out "Recession Blues" by 1 foot Party for a couple new smiles.

Now that seems like a tiny bit of heaven, sitting around the table, a wee bit of the water of life sitting amidst the musicians, and singing a wonderful song ... great job! thank you!

"die in a deep dark hole underground alive" That statement is inherently contradictory, thus makes no sense. By making no sense you betray your intelligence, or lack there of. QED

thanks for sharing a great rendition of a classic song! cheers & keep up the good work! As long as buggers like you are still kicking, Stan Rogers & his music will live on. Cheers & I hope you don't toss Nova Scotia aside for a condo in Toronto anytime soon!

Great job. I think you have a great voice and the young fiddlers and the guitarist are also great. By the way I think the two young ladies are realy good looking.

Fantastic!! I loved it and I'm from the Prairies. The fiddle music from around here sounds a lot different. I love it when young people take up the fiddle. I'm always afraid it's a tradition we're going to lose.

Man this is great, and I really like your voice. I'm trying to figure this song out on clawhammer banjo. I hope to actually go to Nova Scotia this coming Spring. I've wanted to for ages, it seems like exactly the place I need to be.

Lots of fun! Can I borrow the smiling fiddlers for accompaniment? I play this song and love it. Ron Finlay: lifelong Downtown Winnipegger, and one year Cape Bretoner, Mira Road, Sydney (1974-75).
