ข้าวมันไก่เป็นอาหารแท้ๆของชาวไทยที่คนไทยคิดค้นขึ้น จุดกำเนิดข้าวมันไก่ของไทยเกิดขึ้นจากชาวไทยบนบานสารกล่าวให้ผีสางเทวดาช่วยด้วยไก่ต้มซึ่งไก่ต้มเพื่อบูชาผีสางเทวดาเกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยมาหลายพันปีและมีการขุดค้นพบว่าในพื้นที่บ้านโนนวัดในภาคอีสานของประเทศไทยมีการเลี้ยงไก่ก่อนภูมิภาคอื่นๆของโลกใบนี้ การเลื้ยงไก่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยและจึงขยายวิธีการเลี้ยงไก่ไปยังที่ต่างๆทั่วโลกและพื้นที่บ้านโนนวัดในภาคอีสานของประเทศไทยใช้ไก่ต้มเพื่อทำพิธีการบนบานให้ผีสางเทวดาช่วยก่อนชนชาติอื่นทั่วโลก ไก่ต้มแก้บนให้ผีสางเทวดาช่วยเกิดขึ้นในวิถีชีวิตของคนสยาม(ไทย)มาแล้วหลายพันปี เมื่อชาวสยาม(ไทย)แก้บนให้ผีสางเทวดาช่วยเสร็จก็จะนำไก่ต้มแก้บนมาปรุงเป็นอาหารกินกับข้าวสวยจึงเกิดเป็นข้าวมันไก่ขึ้นมาทั่วประเทศไทย ชาวไหหลำในประเทศจีนหรือชาวสิงคโปร์อย่าแอบอ้างเคลมข้าวมันไก่ของคนไทยไปเป็นอาหารของตน

Not sure that is dum briyani. Dum Biryani is a slow-cooked, layered rice dish made by marinating chicken in spices, then cooking it with partially cooked basmati rice in a sealed pot over low heat to infuse the flavors

I tried the char kway teow.... it was so so only. Nothing great cmpared to Shunfu Road Market and Bukit Merah Central. The worst is Zion Road CKT ... just sweet sauce only.
