I tried making this for my girlfriend tonight and butchered it. 40 minutes was too long of a cook time and it came out very dark brown. Hopefully I won't mess up next time and instead check it more often. Thank you for the recipe though!🤣

After a long day of processing chickens yesterday and peeling feet this morning, I whipped this up in just minutes this afternoon and wow! What a tasty treat. I used some wine I had which pairs incredibly well with coriander, so I used it instead of brandy and nutmeg. Perfection.

You scored the duck breast too deep.im sorry but this breast is horrendously overcooked.nowhere near medium rare.you never transfer meat into a hot pan to allow it to rest.this is basic knowledge amongst professional chefs. Sauce looks ok though id suggest juicing it through a seive to avoid pips and too much pulp and membrane. Just a couple of pointers though.nice effort overall
