I hear many trying to be the phantom, some with more success than others, and I hear Michael Crawford simply being the phantom. (He brought the phantom to life and put his very soul into it, no other performance carries such a deep level of emotion)

i wish he did more of the middle eastern style singing live as well as the soft singing.i guess he couldn't do all of that though because the song is cut short on the show

Adam Lambert and the media have officially confirmed that he will be appearing on Broadway in Cabaret as the Emcee from September 16th, 2024 through the end of March 2025. If you plan to buy tickets, you need to make sure to check the schedule to make sure Adam Lambert is singing on that night, there are nights and matinees where the understudy willl replace him. I know the current Emcee and Sally get one day a week off from the show so as a buyer you need to be aware of that so you don't spend your money on a singer that you aren't interested in hearing. I'm so happy that voice is finally Broadway bound. I heard him live at The Venetian, he's amazing on video, but in person his voice is incredible.
