This is an example. The veteran in the video had a short stint in the Army but was never deployed.

Many Rangers have given all. But that is real war, not some test fire at the shooting range. You have no idea what fighting, combat, battle, or war are like, so quit pretending. You have no idea what it's like to be strapped in on a UH-47 while tracers are all around and even coming through the aircraft. You have no idea what it's like to step off the back of a ramp in complete darkness and slide down a rope with over 100lbs of equipment onto the top of a remote Ridgeline deep in enemy controlled territory. You have no idea what it's like for the tranquil silence of the night to be broken by lethal gunfire and to respond with the fierceness of a highly trained warrior. You have no idea what it's like to be in a real gunfight, or any fight.

Not one of them has their soul dangling from the back of their head. I’m a proud 8/8 Oglala Lakota Oyate with my hair to the back of my knees. Keep the faith of your soul (hair) never cut it. Be our people, don’t be in with the style of a fresh fade cut. Who are you!? Because that is not a Lakota Virtue or our ppl, be us, be Lakota. A fade & haircut is assimilation & you are proving Wasichu are right
@stanibol2 жыл бұрын
I hear you. I saw videos on the topic. Also I know that the Ancient Germanic and Celtic tribes of Northern and Central Europe kept their hair long and flowing. However, it may interest you to know that in the past two decades their are some pathogens that thrive in people with plenty of keratin rich hair.

with the beatings of the drum, and cries, let all the pain and sufferings be realeased out, in far lands we don't know how many native tribes have made and survived..considering the cruelities faced, to see few survivng natives is a miracle indeed

I have a dutch oven I love that was carried on a wagon and hung over fires and has a square area where you could hook onto it to pull it out of the fireplace too. I love that dutch oven. I also have a shot glass and decanter from the swinging door saloon days. Gotta love them cowboys. They call my a pioneer woman now living alone clearing my land to build lol.

I have a small woodstove made in Germany even German language under the lid. It is lined with fire brick , then cast iron and then ceramic and it takes very small pieces of wood, coal or corn cobs even. Once the ceramic heats up it really helps on a cold night in my big house. And it is may 16"wide, by 24" tall by 12 " . Not hard for a lady to gather wood for the 6x 10 opening for the wood. I love that little stove. So I no also from being stationed in Germany they do make things effectively.

Charley, if it is possible to "translate" or "relate" the meaning behind the chant, would you be willing and able to provide some insight on that? Regardless, thank you for uploading this. I can't apologize for the disease of white people who came to Turtle Island to take, as I personally stand WITH you.

It’s an honor song that’s meant to be sang for someone who has either passed or has done great things for a community. All tho I don’t know who made the song or where it was originated from. It has meaning. There really is no words to the song. It has meaning and it’s meant to honor someone or something.
