I really enjoyed this talk overall and the message. I think the idea of being able to communicate with others on more serious topics in this environment is important!

What a great episode! “Nothing beats that real experience” is such a true statement! When you fully devote yourself to a job or task, even if it does take a few months and many follow ups, hard work pays off! That pay off may come in different forms. Success can be that strong relationship you form with a journalist or that relentless effort that scores an interview for your client, as Kylie had shared after her first news pitch landed! I loved the power that was given to just two simple letters in today's episode. O and K, while simple, can be the most powerful statement to diffuse and solve problems that seem to be piling up. Saying less in times of chaos and instead focusing your energy into results and solutions is exactly what the PR world is all about! Be brave, be bold, and back yourself with research was a huge takeaway for me! P.S. I love the grapefruit girls tie-in!

Thanks, Jim. Do not overdo over age 40 is good advise. I tend to be overconfident in my history. Kyolic AGE and probiotics are must-have for regular excercise people.

I absolutely loved hearing Taylor's interview. I feel like I am at my point in my college career where I am looking for my own "uncomfortable moment." It is encouraging to see how she was able to take full advantage of this opportunity, and not only learn from the mentors, but become one herself. I look forward to the professional and personal growth this experience can bring!

I relate to Taylor so much in this interview. It is reassuring to hear from a former University of Florida student that balancing outside experience with schoolwork is not only doable but so rewarding. I admire her desire to step out of her comfort zone and learn through this internship, as well of her focus on building meaningful connections.

I am most definitely inspired by Taylor. It is relieving to hear from a past student that outside experience alongside school work is not only manageable, but an incredible experience! I liked her point on how being in uncomfortable situations helps you grow. Additionally, I appreciate her advice on how to navigate having a mentor that shuts you down. Great advice from Taylor!
