Yeh confusion wire ki length, , aur current carrying capacity ke basic principles ki wajah se hoti hai. Samjhte hain: 1. Length aur Resistance ka Relationship: Jab wire ki length badhti hai (90m is 180m), uska total resistance bhi badhta hai. Resistance ka formula hai: R=ρ⋅LA R= =- Oh, it's- Oh, it'sL. Yahan, LL wire ki length hai. Jitni length zyada, utna zyada. Resistance badhne ki wajah is current carrying capacity automatically kam ho jaati hai, kyunki resistance zyada hone pair wire jyada heat generate karta hai. 2. Class 5 vs Class 2 Wire : Class 5 wire (multi-stranded flexible) zyada flexible hota hai aur uska surface area effective hota hai, jis wajah se heat dissipation better hota hai. Is wajah se uski current carrying capacity ly zyada ho sakti hai. Class 2 wire (solid or strands) zyada stiff hota hai, aur heat dissipation relatively slow hota hai, lekin uski construction ke kaaran kam applications I use hota hai. Par dono classes me agar total cross-sectional area same hai, toh dono ki theoretical current carrying almost similar capacity hoti hai.
