I looooooved this tour. JP is fascinating, interesting and tasteful, and you've clearly done a fantastic job drawing his story out of him and showing clearly how it's reflected in his gorgeous space. clearly, thoughtful, artistic people tell the best stories, clearly! new subscriber; can't wait to see what else you put out.

Awesome video. I absolutely love him. He’s so adorable!! I love how you just let him speak about all the things that are meaningful to him - his mom, the deity holding the fish, the story of the fishes in the bowl, and how he begins his day. It makes your apartment videos an experience about the person more than just about the space. I find your videos more soulful and engaging than most because of the people you choose to interview. “Who’s a good boy” 😂 Cooper is a lucky lucky dog. Chuck is inspiring in a multitude of ways, and I look forward to dining at his restaurant! His view IS the best of New York!

Thank you for the thoughtful comment! I'm so glad the message of my videos came through. Chuck and Cooper are always very fun to be around! Please do visit his restaurant soon as he poured a lot of love in to it.

What a lovely man. Listening to the food he prepares for Cooper is just exactly what I used to make for my dog Pretzel, except I used ground turkey instead of pork. This man has such a nice way about him. I live in Hells Kitchen....Now I must order from him. (he's only a handful of blocks from my place...and I'm so excited to go there in the next month.)

Chuck’s home is such a unique reflection of his story and experiences. It’s not just about the design, but how his culture, career, and passions come to life in every detail. The view and personal touches make it so much more than a typical home tour-it’s a true experience. And the connection to food and family adds so much depth to the space. Truly inspiring!

Don't live in New York I live in a Canadian city and I've always lived in very small spaces. It's great to have multi-functional furniture. But I also have people that are like you have way too much stuff no it all fits no matter what apartment I move into which I move every year year and a half to the circumstance it all fits and I do it that way so that I can have multi-functional furniture and use it for different things every time I move.

I really love her art, and the way she's incorporated storage and practical needs so well into a tiny apartment. I'm glad she has this flat, in fact, because artists NEED good light, and it definitely has that! What a nice vibe. Cute doggie, too. My favorite room....hmmm.....probably the kitchen. Love the window with all the plants and the painting behind the fridge. BTW yes, that bathroom cabinet is old, probably original, early 20th century. Love it. That's the joy of rentals; they don't get all the original history and character "renovated" out of them as homes that pass from owner to owner so often do. I saw an apt. on YT recently (in NYC) that was part of a 19th century brownstone. The main room had an incredible Victorian window--hard to even describe--and molding and stained glass. The bathroom had original and exquisite Victorian tile, and as it had probably originally been a scullery or similar kitchen-type room, it had a tiny original tiled fireplace and dumbwaiter as well. Can you imagine? Rare enough in a rental, a real unicorn in a purchased home.

Ok you’re used to your space so forget about the charm that it communicates! I used to live in the city, so I get the challenge of living and affording NY. Your kitchen is adorable. You did an amazing job. Mitch, great shot of her living space - living area and bedroom so we could see the whole layout and charm of her personal touches. And the before/after of the kitchen. Think of your apt. As if you were in a different country. You would immediately think it is incredible charming and a gem. You have done an amazing job making it homey and charming, and added an incredibly amount of style.
