Mia, I loved loved loved the initial tapered cut. The micro braids were super flexible and an amazing protective style. You were on it years ago!!!! Thank you for sharing her journey. Her hair is thriving, and she's beautiful, too! I'm so glad your video came up on my feed. Happy New Year 🎉.

When I use products with honey bees follow me.
@naturalhairnskincare2 ай бұрын
That's interesting, you're probably just naturally sweet! But all the products don't have honey. The one in the jar which I use the most doesn't have honey in it.

I wish you would slow down so we can actually see how this is done. I also wish you could show how to do this WITHOUT all that edge control. It's not good for the scalp or hair.
@naturalhairnskincare2 ай бұрын
@@aquafina6544 No edge control being used. That’s actually an all natural herbal hair and scalp pomade, all natural hair gel and anti-breakage spray. All the products I use are light and 100 percent natural. Was trying to include all the steps without making it too long. If you click the settings icon you can actually slow it down as much as you need to be able to follow the steps closer. Will be doing more vids soon. I will do it in regular speed so that you can follow it better Thanks for watching and I appreciate your input.

I've cataloged this video and it's been in my queue for years! I hope to recreate this style on myself. How long do you think it will last?
@naturalhairnskincare2 жыл бұрын
It depends on your thickness, how defined you set it and how often you manipulate it. The smaller you set it and more defined and longer lasting it will be, the less manipulation and separating the better. Sometimes people will take short cuts to create the look, but it won't last as long unless you reset it every night. On average it can last 1-2 weeks.
@Sirchingsince2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for getting back to me! That makes perfect sense. I don't think there's a shortcut for this beautiful result. I am about to install this style on myself now. I have set aside 4 hours to do it. I have 60 of the larger rods and 80 of the smaller ones. My hair is more coarse and denser than the model's hair. It is about 14 inches long. I've learned that if the roots are not well set the style won't last as long either. I will let you know how it goes!
