Yeah, it was pretty creepy at night, especially with the wind howling through those buildings!

Oh yeah I love this bike! Just got a 3.9 gallon tank in recently so I’m pumped to get it on there and do some longer adventures!

I rode and loved a DR-Z and now I'm on a Husqvarna FE501S. When I'm in a gnarly situation looking for courage, I ask myself, "What would DR-Zesus do?"

@@j0hn22 the husq 501 looks really good! So lightweight. Basically just a dirt bike with plates right? Would you take it on the freeway at all? I think my next bike might be the husq 701 or the 450rl

@@Wheelsandwilds It is, but it takes some work to get it to dirt bike status: Replacing the OEM tires, removing the whole rear light/license plate assembly that will break easily (with Taco Moto tidy tail), and re-gearing because it's too highly geared for trail. With that done, it's a full dirt bike, but could use some expensive ECU work and suspension, both of which I've not done yet. I find it great on highways, but probably not freeways. For trail, I'd move in the opposite direction from the 701, I'm looking to go 2-stroke 250/300. The 701 is perfect for many applications though, just not mine. I think the 450rl needs some of the same things my bike needs.
