I have purchased 3 years Go warrenty plan for my LED TV . within this period one horizontal line appears from my TV screen but Go warrenty is denying to fix the problem. They said that single line in TV comes under normal wear and tear and Go warrenty does not cover this. it is Manipulated decision to avoid the claim. What a fraud . After that i told them that i will upload all mail communication on social media then they create a fresh service request on 4th august 2024 . After that they said that service engineer will visit to resolve the problem but approx 40 days passed , their service engineer did not visit. Thereafter they said to me. to repair my LED tv on my expense and they will reimburse the bill . On 16 th sept i shared bill to them for reimbursement but till date they did not reimburse the same. Absolutely rubbish Fake company nobody purchase any plan from them

I stopped promoting this type of fraud company. I wasn't aware about that. Many big influencers having millions of subscribers recommended their services. I thought it would be great. Unfortunately, this type of issue appeared from their end.

I waste my plan expanse amount of approx 2700 and also rs 4500 which i payed to electrician for my tv repair but i just want ki aur log is fraud me na fsen aur apni hard money waste na kre
