This IS the man! He taught me to jump rope many years ago. I know boxers that dont have his skill level. World class!
@patrickimperial5794 жыл бұрын
Boxers don't need to be at the same level as him when it comes to jump rope though. So that claim is kinda irrelevant.

@HanyH Жыл бұрын
@@umadbro4493 exactly! Not one single boxer is (or should invest in effort) to that extent because there would be no time to spar if they got that good with the rope! 🙂

im a boxer and i dont like the way this guy jumps rope....its just flash and short term...when you skipping for 15 to 20 minutes...just not practicable...ok for a 20 second show....but you would be finished at about 3 minutes if you did all that show stuff.
@rundownvids70857 жыл бұрын
no i think youll find the idiot was always ...... YOU.

Release atp 10 seconds exerting as much as possible then 10 seconds reloading all of this is useful in most sports

I’m a kickboxer, this kind of jumping is important for fighting. Yes, you can’t keep up that pace for 20 min, but it simulates a fight perfectly. You go hard for maybe 20-30 seconds, then easy, the repeat. That’s exactly how a fight goes. Don’t go claiming you’re a boxer. You don’t know shiet
