If you were there this year, he had literally driven 8+ hours roundtrip from Cincy to Cleveland that Friday to pick up the fresh vinyl LP's, probably sold out of them over the weekend. I got one, the production is almost as good as his songwriting and vocals.

I never thought about this, because I've idolized Joni's work since 1969, and I've always considered it to be universal. But when I hear you sing this and Brandi Carlisle sing it, I hear a dimension that was missing - a queerness. Like that line "I feel your leg under the table. " That’s something that Gay people had tobdo well into the 1990s. For us, it was 1957 for another 40 years. I'd love to hear you, Brandi, Rufus, Holly, Cris, Mary Watkins, and a few other Queer folks do some of Joni's work

Good potential. One suggestion: when you say the word "smile", consider smiling. Maybe in a few other spots too. Reflect that it’s a mellow, relaxed song.
