watching this video make me realise what photographie really means especially nowadays instagram and TikTok changed the meaning of photographie from it original meaning to edits and gears and technics and made us forgot what really a good photo looks like this for making this video maybe its old but it s benefits are timeless

You're not benefitting anyone but yourselves by not including credits for the images shown. Also, I noticed several images by well-known street photographers, some originally published in the Lensculture and Eyeshot websites, that are absolutely NOT Creative Commons and are copyrighted. The colour shot of the poster of the woman drinking from a bottle next to the guy's crotch is by Md Enamul Kabir The black and white of the dog silhouette on the beach is by Moises Levy The Vietnamese woman weaving the green fishing net is by Danny Yen Sin Wong The woman on the street with the unlit cigarette is by Sofía Sebastian The kids playing football inside the frame of a broken TV is by Sandro Vox The black and white dog on the street with the white pained arrow is by Liu Tao

I LOVE those photos. BUT... they all seems like having no more than 3eV range, conveniently where the contours fit flawlessly. Don't be fast to judge me, but that screams a ton of post-processing.

Definitely agree here. Not sure but think this was his early stuff and has definitely improved on the post processing. Every image does not come straight out the camera we all edit. But like some of these it goes to far. And yes we all do that too. As you say though they are cracking images.

We often see bw pictures that are just colour photos with zero saturation, and this just doesn't work!
