Honestly I agree with some and disagree with a lot of what yall saying. Not trying to be negative but with my life experiences god and energy didn’t lead me to where I am today. Decisions and some things others did lead me to where I am today. I was a person of god then had to drop the religion for my own reasons that Christians would deem not worth while. Hope y’all grow and prosper though

God and energy didn’t do it because I one don’t believe in god anymore or the religion and two life and people showed me more of what and how life doesn’t care about your feelings, your energy, or whose around you or what you believe in that gets you to where you are.

@@thesociallyblessed and don’t get me wrong I see where y’all coming from because yall are coming from a place and a view of people who believe in the faith. Me someone who has mental illness in my family, plus ADHD, and many other factors that play into me not making it in life. I don’t think like you guys or people who agree or feel the way yall feel. Because me I’m not considered as a normal person like you guys because of how my mind works and functions. A lot of people in my life alway say “oh well you think the way you think because your too negative or because you haven’t had this or that” or I get “you only going through this because you make to many excuses, you don’t try to keep pushing, you don’t try to do anything” when that’s not really true people think I don’t try just because they don’t see result, people think I’m always negative because no one has ever stepped a mile in my shoes let alone been in my head for 24hrs. No one would understand let alone grasp that concept on how different I am and how different my mind is compared to people like you who don’t go through the daily struggle of mental illness. An yes therapy would help a bit but therapy isn’t a means to end all pain and suffering. Therapy is only here to help us with why we are going through at the current moment and what we haven’t let go of in the past. Therapy isn’t doing anything else for anyone except those things and making people see themselves for who they are and who other people are. I can sit here and go one for hours but it wouldn’t be productive if I did because again from my own experience and my pov no one in the world even my own race will never understand the burdens of life I have to go through just to live and try to be happy when there’s no happiness in this world to begin with 🤷🏾♂️
