Recipe: One pot kang kung with potatoes stir fry : Add tsp of crushed garlic to a wok with potatoes cut into small pieces. Fry for a few minutes until light golden brown. Now add a bunch of kangkung leaves which is cut into small pieces. Add 1 tsp crushed chilli, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste. Lastly add 1 tsp of maldive fish and mix to cook until potatoes are soft. Serve with hot white basmati rice. Enjoy 😉
