the cuttlefish would fit in your hand, and it also has a venomous bite, besides being to poisonous to eat, and survive the meal. the bobbit worm is probably a metre-metre and half long.

The reason why the bobbit worm didn't eat the cuttlefish is because flamboyant cuttlefish is actually poisonous

@@charleshorseman55 nah, a cuttlebone is not a problem for bobbit worm as they can easily crushed it with their powerful jaws. Their jaw are so powerful that it can cut coral with ease, it's just that flamboyant cuttlefish is poisonous that the bobbit worm probably feels it taste awful or sensing that eating it will kill the worm

@@meatmachine449 usually means to warn that theyre toxic in some way, because the point of venom and poison is often to use the least amount of resources possible to either hunt or not be prey. most venomous animals tend to be cold-blooded, because venom is an efficient, low resource tool.

stop the video at :05 then tap your period key. That moves it forward frame by frame. You'll see the bobbit on the left center of the cuttlefish.

Flamboyant cuttlefish are the only cuttlefish known to be toxic. unfortunely many websites claim they are venomous they are not .they are poisonous The difference between venomous animals and poisonous animals is how their toxin is delivered. venomus injection( like by bites stingers barbs etc) poisonousby absorption (like dart frog or digestion(like bad mushrooms)
