Excel does offer cloud based collaboration and autosave if you save the file in onedrive. What are you talking about?

If you want to make something immaculate on your own, I’d say take the time to use Excel. If you want to get relatively simple but large tasks done with a team/co workers? Give Google sheets a try. I’ve gotten a ton of tasks done and shared with others through Google Forms linked to Google Sheets

You should mention that Airtable's Longtext field allows Rich-Text editing so it can be used for scripts, checklists etc. but it's of course limited if it comes to embedding etc. (stuff you can do in Notion). Smartsuite plays in the same ballpark as Airtable but with some more features

Onedrive has being vandalized by Microsoft in the last months. This is just another feature they removed. The service is becoming useless. I will have to migrate all my content to a dedicated NAS server because cloud services in general are total garbage now.

Thanks, this always worked previously. Sadly, OneDrive changed the way the embed button works recently, currently this method is no longer working for me, is there a way to get the newly generated embed links to work?
