It seems to be a normal practice now-a-days to play music over the top of people who are trying to tell you something. I dont know why this is. I only came here to listen mindfully to his words. 🙏🙏🙏

I wonder. He's not 'bamboozled by the human construct' but follows human practices such as meditation and yoga 3 hrs every morning. He starts his day with 4 specific questions. Questions which throw him right back into the complexity of the human kind we are so lost in. He realizes that there is an illusion created by humanity but gives the impression of superiority by knowing it which makes me feel that he realizes it but doesn't truly understand it. For some reason we humans like to share, so let me share my point of view with you. No purpose is needed in life when you closely observe the universe, that eternal moment we are existing in. From a human perspective we think we need one, so we create one. It is ok to ask questions because one big part of us is curiosity but we don't understand that answers to everything are not necessary. To ask 'What is our purpose?' is foolish, but not in the sense that a foolish question exists.

As you say, for some reason I want to share, too. everything can be seen from different perceptive. He may think he is out of human construct when doing yoga, and you say the opposite. Having no purpose has its own meaning so even when you are not choosing something still you make a choice. Having no purpose is still a purpose, and in the video he asks these other another questions. “what do I want and who that wants it?” If we figure out “who” wants it we get closer to reality of ourself and one day if there is no opinion left in us to have a desire at the outer world, then there would be no purpose left.

I love the humour of reality depending on the interpretation makes it confusingly humourous. The atheist believes that there's no God while the Christian believes there is. Two realities and two truths. Each thinks that the other is stupid.

Haha exactly! The fragile ego has to hold on to a position of belief to oppose another, until it sweps to the other side of that opinion, then it realizes that all he thinks of “stupid” was once himself

"It exists only for the unconscious man. The law of karma exists only for the unconscious man; for the conscious man there exists no law of karma. It is really unconsciousness that makes you suffer. If you do something unconsciously then you will suffer, then karma will be created. ‘Karma’ means unconscious action. If you do something consciously, fully alert, no karma is created. If your act is total, spontaneous, it is finished in that moment. It is atomic, it is not a continuity. It leaves no traces behind. That’s why an enlightened man is unpredictable. Only an unenlightened man is predictable because he moves unconsciously, in a routine way, mechanically. There are no surprises in his life. Somebody loves you, and you love him. Somebody hates you, and you hate him. Somebody comes and praises you and you feel very expanded like a balloon. That’s why people use buttering so much - praising others helps. A French philosopher, Cioran, says that the deepest desire in man is the desire to be praised - one may say, one may not say. Somebody praises you and you fall all for him. And somebody insults you and you become the enemy for ever. These are not actions, these are reactions. The other is using you like a machine, he is pushing your buttons. You are not acting, you are reacting. The other is manipulating you, he knows what to do. A conscious man cannot be manipulated by anybody. His action is not reaction, his action is action. Buddha was insulted, people were abusing him in a village. He stood there, and when they had finished he said, ‘If you are finished can I go now? I have to reach the other village, people will be waiting for me there. If you have not finished yet, soon after a few weeks I will be coming back - then you can do the remaining thing.’ Those people were a little embarrassed. Buddha looked utterly aloof, as if what they were doing had not reached to him. He remained unscratched. They said, ‘But we have been abusing you, sir, we have been insulting you. Are you not going to answer?’ Buddha laughed. He said, ‘If you wanted the answer you should have come at least ten years before. Then I was unconscious, then you could have pushed my buttons and I would have reacted. But now I have become conscious, I have become a Buddha. Now I can see what you want to do to me, and I am not going to be manipulated by anybody. Now I live on my own, now I do what I feel to do. And I don’t feel any anger, I simply feel compassion for you. I feel sorry for you - more so because in the other village before reaching to your village, many people had gathered there and they had brought fruits and sweets to present to me. And I said, “Sorry, I cannot accept them because I have eaten my breakfast and it will be unnecessarily a burden for me to carry these things. Please, you take them back home.” I ask you, what should they have done with those sweets and fruits?’ Somebody from the crowd said, ‘They must have distributed them in the village, they themselves must have eaten them.’ Buddha said, ‘That’s why I feel more sorry for you. Now you have brought these insults and these abuses and I am not going to accept them, what will you do? Now I really feel sorry for you. You can insult, that is your freedom - but to accept it or not is my freedom.’ When consciousness has dawned you act for the first time, you don’t react. An action is beyond the law of karma. The law of karma applies only to the unconscious being. The man of awareness has absolute freedom. No law binds him, no law defines him. He’s as vast as the sky, he’s as infinite as the sky. His freedom is absolute.

All concepts within the mind. There is no experience in awareness. If you think experience happens in awareness, then it is not awareness. There is no birth or death. It is just change in chemical reactions, associations and dissociations that constantly change. Words like birth and death are coined by humans and they are pure concepts of the mind filled with conditioning that is both natural and also self-created. All materials in the nature are conditioned. A process is nothing but conditioning. Everything here has evolved by processes for billions of years. Genes are processes, change within genes are processes and they are all conditioning. Any conditioning will determine how a given material behaves. One could say all things are programmed in a way. Besides such natural programming (conditioning), humans are also very good at adding further conditioning by way of mental concepts created by the ego.

This started off well but I got turned off when Gabor and his interviewer started talking about intergenerational trauma with specific reference to black Americans and Palestinians, as if other peoples'ancestors had no trauma. I suggest both of you take a history lesson and read about all the wars and famines that have affected (and continue to affect - when one thinks of the war in Ukraine) Europe and other parts of the world before resorting to this sort of highly political, ideological identity politics. I'm Irish and my ancestors went through a famine back in the mid-19th century. Not only do I genuinely not believe that this has any impact on Irish people nowadays, it's interesting how slavery of Blacks in the US ended around the same time, and yet American Blacks continue to use this as an excuse for their high crime rate and relatively low economic success (compared to Whites and Asians) in the US. As for poor health among black Americans, maybe this is down to lifestyle? Diet and so on? To suggest that black children in the US are in poorer health than others because of racism is absurd. Racism from where exactly? Don't most black Americans live in neighbourhoods where they make up the majority of the population? Like I said, this video started off well but I got turned off very quickly!
