Mine starting dropping from.high power to medium after a minute of use. I got a replacement and new batteries and it still happens. Ivr had to cycle throigh power settings to get high beam during races. Super annoying. Customer service couldn't help. Any ideas?

Does the sleeve in the back where the harness adjustment slots are go all the way down? I want to insert a poly framesleeve for a little better rigidity...I don't run or fast pack in it. I just wear it to get the weight on my core and not my back or hips.
@carbotradingcompany4794 Жыл бұрын
Do they make a internal frame sleeve for the hydration pouch? I don't need a fast pack per say, I just need to get the weight off my bad shoulders and hips as much as possible.

Thanks for this review. How is the sizing of the Spark compared to Altra (Superior 5 or Escalante Racer), specifically in women's sizing?
@nwdirtchurners2 жыл бұрын
You should add a half size for VJ Shoes. For instance, a 9 in a Superior 5 should be a 9.5 for the Spark.

Thank you for your video. Is the bladder fits in the mesh pocket (closer to your back)? I was worried that this part may not be strong enough to hold the bladder so I thought it is fitting in that other waterproof pocket where it fits perfectly - however this pocket doesn't have any hole for the hose...so my hose is at the bottom of the waterproof pocket, goes up to go into the mesh part, then get in the bottom hole to then slide up through the front pocket. It works but I find it strange? Thank yoy

Recently got a pair of WH7's, they're great apart from one major gripe. The outsole is close to dangerous when running on wet surfaces. Even walking around in the city in a drizzle you have no confidence. Nike really needs to work on their rubber compounds. Other than that, dry traction is great, the foam is very supportive and shock absorbing. It doesn't feel like there's a rock plate at the front, if you step on a pointy rock you can feel it. The highlight of the shoe for me is the fit. No matter how tight I tie my laces there no hot spots, no pressure points. Excellent! Currently have around 45km on them on mixed surfaces, hope they last a long time. Just don't buy them if you run on wet slabs.
@m3phist03 жыл бұрын
@@soulzerosix I've noticed this too. I recently bought a pair and took them to the trail on a drizzly afternoon. They were great on hard packed trail but when commuting to and from the trail I ran through paved surfaces with slight inclines and I could really feel my feet sliding a touch on the slightly slick ground. Like you said the lockdown is great. Traction is good on trail. I've done a couple half marathons in them. Feet felt fine afterwards but legs were a little tired. I'm putting this down to the weight? How did you find them as a commuter shoe? Running on road? The gaiter is a nice touch and upper is highly durable. Love this material but doesn't aid in breathability. Perhaps not a summer trail runner but passable. An added bonus is their look. Wore them from the trail to the coffee shop and they didn't look too out of place. Edit: I don't think there's a rock plate in this too. Certainty doesn't feel like it.
@soulzerosix3 жыл бұрын
@@m3phist0 Not a very committed runner, mostly mtb, but mix it up when I can. Running on tarmac was fine, the react foam is soft enough for my dodgy knees. Longest run was 11km though, no idea how they feel in longer runs. I'm in Greece and May can be pretty hot but I didn't have issues with breathability. Surely there are shoes that let way more air in, but I don't think they will be as durable. Agree on style, it's what originally drew me to the WH7, I got the yellow colour, love it.
