Kia makes everything so bad to work on. the compressor should be on the back of the motor so water pump would be easy to clean and change.

If you know your transmission is good in level, you just need to do drain/refill, so you don't have to warm the car at all. Just do your drain/refill and that's it. Also, if you are down there you can do everything from down there, no need to do nothing under hood. Fill it through the level plug. just jack up a little more the front of the car and the fluid will get inside completely. You need a little fluid pump sell it at Amazon.

I do it every 3 oil changes: every 15K miles to be nice, clear and clean. This is drain/refill that's why I do it every 15K miles.

The place where you put and maybe lift up the rear is not for that. I can do it on my Elantra 2008 but Kia soul 2012 is different and it hurt that metal.

I’m in the middle of doing this right now but the left lower control arm will not go in. Got the part from rock auto and now I’m thinking I got a defected one because it seems like it’s just cms too big I can’t manage to get it in. Any advice or did I just happen to get a bad part?
