Couldn’t stand it. Took forever to find someone who could step me through how to remove this ghastly, plinky, plonky sounding ‘toon’. I would never buy another Samsung washer. They are no match to the Australian Whirpool washer which I let go when I moved countries. The brand new Samsung washer I purchased was a nearly 6 month nightmare of many leaks and very poor and evasive customer service. Even Samsung’s Head Office office basically forced me to receive a brand new replacement washer. I couldn’t even convince them I didn’t want their product and asked them to donate it to a charity organisation. Of course they wouldn’t or couldn’t. Uggghhh!
