I once left a male Medaka to mate with a female guppy. When I came back I found a ton of baby hair algae. 100% success.

I’m pretty sure those are like 10 cent minnows he bought to feed his mutant alien thing

Looks like some home remedy you concocted with total disregard for your fish. Do you realize how much salt you needlessly subjected that fish too? Stress is off the charts. You're an idiot that likes to torture your fish. I sincerely hope no one follows this moronic advice. You should not be anywhere near an aquarium or allowed to own anything living.

That's why you seperate them males as soon as sex shows. So you have virgin females.

Just can not believe that dragonflies grow up from being fearsome and gruesome aquatic predators when they are babies to beautiful and majestic gentle giants and biological pest control agents as adults.

You shouldve used stock water, and the salt thing is only done once. Then after the salt thing if you put the fish in new water, just put methylene blue in the water, or indian almond leaves extract. After 2 days vlean water, use stock water again, put indian almond leaves extract. Do this for a week or two and your fish is cured. And again THE Salt thing is only done once, And use dissolved rock salt for crying out loud and not iodized salt.
