Ah, Sifu Pekor, TJ's told me about you and your terrible barber. Nice job on this video, I do kung fu too. (Hey, whoever this "Happy Meal" person is, how's that face going? Does it still hurt from that virtual matball game?)
@creana1954 жыл бұрын
Ya' hear that? THAT'S THE SOUND OF ME STRANGLING YOU, FIREFLY! Though, virtually hitting someon's face with a matball is quite satisfying, if I do say so myself. Steal any bikes while I'm not supervising you?

Hey Mike. I have just found your video tutorial for Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi. I totally understand why you disabled comments, people are pretty clueless. I just wanted to say thank you. I have a book that I'm trying to learn this form from and I've found it difficult to imagine some transitions between postures. Your video is very precise and comprehensive. Great attention to detail! thanks Mike.

Thank you for this, and I love your Chen Man Ching step by step video as well as the one where you are playing Krishna Das along with it. You have helped me so much.

What is going first with these players? the hands, the feet and bodies are merely in catch up mode to stay on balance.Now in my 40th year of daily practise and study of the classics, wether in doing the form or pushhands, the mind moves first and the work ideally should be initiated from the lower body, ie waist, legs, and feet.Has my learning been completed?NO, will it go on for the rest of my life ? YES of course.

Gluten free is all I can eat so I'm thankful for the option but I don't like their grilled chicken. 😥 And at some locations the bread is sooooo bad! I want a gluten free sandwich with the deelish-ous breaded chicken! When they make that gluten free, I'm there!
