The parallels with military planning are definitely interesting. You made a lot of military staff officers happy by dropping Clausewitz into your lesson. I wish private sector companies would spend more time using scenario based planning to help develop mid level managers. It is definitely one of the leadership training gaps I see as people try to move up the corporate ranks.

Amazing webinar! On one hand, May be in the future, perhaps it will be less need for large tourist ships because people will move less (less jobs so less money, needs to srink gas serra emissions, carbon taxes ans so on...). May be in the future, climate damages will create more pirates an easy job to get money and survive into an hard life continent so tourists ships will be in danger. May be in the future, tourist cruise ships will also be reduced in number, due to the climate change severe weather (hurricanes, typhoons and stuffs like them, increasing risky business with decreasing incomes). On the other hand, May be in the future, perhaps it will be big need of "big blue tankers" to bring fresh water from the South Pole for drinking and harvesting, because desalination plants are bigger energy consuming rather than big blue tankers. May be in the future, the pivoting Asia will decrease che commercial traffics to Asia, so the charter of the ships will be cheaper for the low commercial global demand.
