It's called a compression plate. You can call us at 801-451-7000 and ask for one, or reach out to the sales person you worked with in the past and they'll be able to help you get one.

Your website doesn't show a place to download the driver. I see in a old manual there used to be a login page to get these. Is there a new location?

Will Qbit-WMS communicate with this device?

We upgraded Qbit WMS a few years ago, to Qbit DB. You can download a free trial here, www.cubiscan.com/qbit-db/. There is a one time fee of $1,600 to purchase the license and make sure your cube data always maintains its integrity. For a formal quote, you can reach out to one of our sales people, Mike Hinckley, [email protected], or 801-451-7000. Qbit WMS was not designed to interface with the Cubiscan 125 and may have inconsistencies.
